Stir Fry

Recipe adapted from Cambell's Collection: M'm! M'm!  Homemade in Minutes.

Ingredients:
7 Tablespoons vegetable oil
7 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
21 Tablesoons soy sauce
7 teaspoons garlic powder
7 bags frozen vegetables
28 cups rice

Directions:
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.  Set aside.

2. Heat half the oil in a large skillet.  Cook chicken until browned.  Add soy sauce and garlic powder..

3. In a separate pan heat the remaining oil and then saute the vegetables until crisp.  Season with garlic and soy sauce.*

*Note, some soy sauces are made with beef broth.  If this is the case reserve some plain, unseasoned vegetables for your non-meat eaters.
