Fettuccine Alfredo, Etc.

Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients:
15 chicken breasts, diced
10 tomatoes, diced
3 large bags frozen broccoli
6 jars alfredo sauce
6 boxes fettuchine


Directions:
Saute the chicken until completely cooked.
Boil the broccoli.
Place tomatoes in a bowl.
Heat the alfredo sauce in a pan and serve on the side.
These items will be served as side options.
Serve spinach with croutons and caesar dressing on the side.



Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
4 loaves garlic bread, sliced
2 sticks butter
2 Tablespoons garlic salt

Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a small bowl.  Add the garlic salt and stir to dissolve.

2. Brush the bread with the butter mixture and broil for 5 minutes.




Serve with tomato sauce on the side (for another option).  For this meal participants choose their sauce type and whether or not they want chicken.  Some can also choose the salad route and made a chicken caesar salad.

For dessert, serve "Peter's Delight" (i.e. pre-made peanut butter cup cookies baked by Peter).
